Is there a minimum monthly fee?

Yes — a base floor of €500/month applies for properties under €50K in monthly revenue. This ensures you still get full platform access and dedicated support regardless of seasonality.

What counts as 'revenue processed'?

All bookings and transactions that flow through Artidal — accommodation revenue, activity bookings, package sales, and ancillary services. Revenue from systems not connected to Artidal is not counted.

Are there any setup or implementation fees?

No. Onboarding, data migration from your existing tools, and training are all included. We want the barrier to switching to be zero.

What about multi-location discounts?

Groups with 5+ locations receive volume pricing. The rate decreases as your portfolio grows. Contact us for a custom quote.
