These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.artidal.com (the "Website"), operated by Artidal OÜ ("Artidal", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the public Website only. Access to and use of the Artidal software platform and services is governed by a separate customer service agreement and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.

The Website is intended for business users and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
