Both — and channel manager, CRM, RMS, HRIS, and accounting ledger. Artidal is a single platform with modules for each operational domain, all sharing one data model. You can adopt modules incrementally or all at once.

Typical timelines: 4–6 weeks for an independent property, 8–14 weeks for a multi-property group, 16+ weeks for groups over 50 properties. Migration tooling auto-imports from 30+ legacy PMS and accounting systems.

EU (Frankfurt) and APAC (Singapore) primary regions, with a US region available on request. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, and GDPR compliant.

Yes. Artidal has prebuilt connectors for NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, and Xero. You can run our finance module standalone, alongside, or as a full replacement.

Per-room, per-month for hotels and resorts. Per-passenger-segment for tour operators. Volume tiers, no per-module fees, no implementation lock-ins. We publish full price sheets — no "contact us" games.

Full GraphQL and REST APIs, webhook events on every entity, and a public app marketplace. Our platform is what we run on; there is no internal tier.
