Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for using the Artidal platform and services, designed to keep the service lawful, secure, and reliable for every customer.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Artidal platform and services provided by Artidal OÜ ("Artidal"). It forms part of the customer service agreement and exists to keep the service lawful, secure, and reliable for all customers. Customers are responsible for ensuring their staff and authorised users comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not use the services to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- process personal data without a lawful basis, or in breach of data-protection law;
- upload or distribute malware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications (spam), or breach marketing and anti-spam laws;
- harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others, or store or share unlawful, defamatory, or grossly offensive content;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity.
2. Security and integrity
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the services, other customers' data, or any connected system or network;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written consent;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services, for example through denial-of-service activity or by placing an unreasonable load on the infrastructure; or
- access the services to build a competing product, or to benchmark them without our consent.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, for all activity that occurs under your accounts, for the lawfulness of the data you upload, and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorised use or security incident.
4. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, or where necessary to protect the services, other customers, or third parties, we may suspend or restrict access, remove offending content, or take other proportionate action. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue; where there is a serious or urgent risk, we may act immediately.
